There you go Henne! Now is the time to light it up! Seriously, though, all the better for Henne to continue on his improvement. If the OLine can manage to improve on the right side....if ANYONE can show up here and protect him, his confidence should rise. Consistency!!!!!!!

Defensively, we will have to face some good offenses, but for the most part it's pretty much the same team SAVE Burnett. That alone is an improvement. One more year together should be only positive for the chemistry of the D. Convert those interceptions, and we COULD easily be a top 5 defense.

Three of your first four game are against top 5 offenses I think.

Pats , Texans and Chargers.

We get by ok them and we'll have a top defense.

great so now if he does good it'll be... show us in a year where the defenses are better.

This data is actually based on fantasy points . . . not the actual stats put up.

The thing you have to keep in mind is that several of those defenses, like Pats and Texans, will likely be much better this year.

works out perfect for us; weaker pass defenses for Henne to build his confidence on; tougher offenses for our strong defense to neutralize

If he consistently lights it up you won't hear that from me! I am a man of my word I will eat my crow. But consistent doesn't mean a couple preseason games, it means several good games, with a great one or two sprinkled in, without having the wtf moments that kill this team.
