Ah I think he's overrated imo. He never changes anything up, so even if he ploys a nice scheme in the first half, our coaching will dismantle him in the 2nd half. No worries.

I tend to agree with this. honestly what has he done? I did not buy into the whole thing last year when he took over. I always wondered how much of that was just the fact that there was a change of scenery so to speak in Miami with wanny gone. Sometimes just that alone can spark a team to perform better because they now feel that change is coming and they are not out there expecting the same old results.
