Ok dolfans, lets be honest with eachother. Who would everyone rather the Dolphins taken with the 2nd overall pick, Ronnie Brown or Carnell Williams. Now truely I would rather have had Brown because I think he brings more to the table in terms of size and speed and recieving out of the backfield. But there was a point last year where I wanted C. Williams, what are my fellow dolfans thoughts. This question may have been asked before but I did see any answers.

I'll take Brown. Where is the poll? Also I beleive this has been ask many times last year and the overwhelming winner is always Ronnie.

Brown, i love his upside, ability, size, speed, catching ability, etc. Caddy is great, i just think ronnie has more potential.

Brown easily. He would have won rookie of the year easily last year if hadn't been splitting duty with Ricky. Of course, ROY doesn't proove you're better, but I think Ronnie will prove to be more consistent and more productive over his career.

i wanted Braylon Edwards with the 2nd pick..im not even going to lie..then i saw videos of ronnie and i realized that he was a great pick...Ronnie turned out to be my favorite player on the team

comparing the seasons of the two, i would choose brown. Better yards per carry. Carnell racked up more yards but on a lot more attempts. Both dealt with injuries.

The truth? I wanted Cedric Benson at the time. But now if I had to chose, I would go with Brown over Cadillac just because I like bigger backs. Brown is also a little less injury prone and is more durable. He has better hands than Cadillac. One thing I'm not sure about is if he's a better blocker than Carnell. He's bigger but that doesn't automatically mean he's a better blocker. Is he?

I wanted Cedric also. I thought he was the best back in the draft. But I'm content with Ronnie.

exactly my thoughts. i now love ronnie brown, i think it turned out for the best.

i really dont think u can go wrong with either back, both will be studs. as a miami fan its easy to say brown. but if i had to make an educated guess i would say if we had caddy most would say him. cant go wrong with either rb.

If we were able to keep Ricky Williams and taken Edwards, that would be scary.

However, I am thrilled we got Brown. If you give Ronnie a fancy name and the majority of the carries, there would've been no contest for rookie of the year. Brown will turn out to be the better NFL back IMO. He was the best player in that 2005 draft.
