Be Honest... did anyone think Sparano was THROWING the game yesterday when put in PW?

The whole "eye injury" seemed curious as Henne was seen on the sideline seemingly READING the play sheet and NOT getting any medical attention.

The fact that they thought they had a better chance to win with Pat "Cant complete a single pass" White vs. a somewhat proven QB in Thigpen is extremely suspicious no?

Only if you suspect our team is ran by a bunch of complete ****ing morons. Ive had that suspicion for a couple of months now.
 
I didn't think we were throwing the game. I'm not sure what the reasoning would be to throw the game. I was more like WTF is going on here.

You again? Good lord man educate yourself before posting. If they would have brought in Thigpen before the 4th White nor Henne could re-enter then game. So if Thigpen then got hurt we would have had no QB.

1) Henne wasnt going to re-enter the game under any circumstance.

2) Why does it matter if White could enter the game again? So if Thigpen comes in youre saying they cant run those stupid WildPat plays till the 4th qtr......SO WHAT!

3) If Thigpen got injured, we didnt have a QB anyway. Pat White IS NOT A QB!!!!!!!!

You cant put a player in at the QB position that completely eliminates the threat of the forward pass against an NFL defense. Thats a recipe for disaster. Tyler Thigpen was the only legitimate NFL QB left on our roster once Henne went down. What ****ing difference did it make if he enters in the 3rd qtr???? You MUST bring in Thigpen if Henne gets hurt.

That not being able to bring White in till the 4th qtr if Thigpen plays argument is the worst. Who cares if we cant bring White into the game. THATS A GOOD THING!! If Thigpen got hurt we were ****ed anyway whether it was the 1st qtr or 3rd qtr. When you only have 2 competent QBs on your roster, thats the risk. If Thigpen gets hurt....game over. If White comes in....game over. Either way. We may as well have played Bess at QB if Thigpen got hurt instead of White. Same difference.

The bottom line is that by not bringing Thigpen in once Henne was out, Sparano was either......A) Throwing the game, or B) a total and complete ****ing moron. Given that its unlikely we would throw the game and Ive suspected Sparano is a total moron for a few months now..... I will take B.
 
I tend to think its rather obvious they "tanked" this game, considering that if they win the game:
1) they dont make the playoffs anyways.
2) (more importantly!) Dolphins would have dropped to 19th! in the drafting order
then they dont get the player they have their eye on... happened last year when they really wanted Cushing

So then when Pennington went down, is there a reason they went to Henne vs. Pat White? it was the exact same scenario bro...

Even if Thigpen goes down.. it's not like we had a semblance of a passing game with White. Hell, you could simply put Ricky in the Wildcat the rest of the game in that case.

This post is moronic, I'm not going to explain how the emergency QB rules work to you, look it up. Do you remember in the beginning of the season Henne was the 3rd string emergency QB and White was the #2? Well that wasn't because they thought White was better then the guy they had already announced was going to be the 2010 starter.

All they had to do was get a couple of series out of White and get to the 4th so they would still have two active QB in case Thigpen got hurt. Whatever you might think of White is besides the point and meaningless to the conversation.

Yea. I understand the rules. You dont seem to understand that its ****ing pointless to put White into the game as the full time QB. Unless of course Sparano either didnt care to win or is a total ****ing moron.

Because at that point we still had Ronnie and were running wildcat about 30% of the plays and actually could have strictly run that if need be. Don't know if you noticed or not but we stopped running it a few weeks ago.
