Looking at our returning roster, its obvious we need ALOT of help.

Theres rumors Parker, Quinn and Branch could all possibly be cut. Tannehill traded or cut as well.

If we are in rebuild mode and you are the GM what do you do...?

Who of our free agents do you resign? any specific free agents from other teams you would target?

Who else on our roster should be cut?

What positions do we target in this years draft based on our draft position and needs?

Im just curious what people here would do to build this roster the "right way"...

I keep:

Osweiler, Falk
Gore, Drake, Ballage
Smythe, OLeary, Gesicki
Stills, Wilson, Grant, Amendola
Tunsil, Sitton, Larsen, Swanson, Brendel, James
Wake, Hayes, Taylor, Godchaux, Spence
Baker, McMillan, maybe Alonso, Allen
Howard, McCain, Tank, Armstrong, Davis
Fitz, Jones, McDonald
Sanders, Haack

Everyone else can go.

I don’t think they are going to cut Tanne. It makes no sense - they are most likely draft his replacement and have him learn behind Tanne and probably overtake the job during the season or the following one. Rebuilding doesn’t mean throwing the QB into the fire.

Tankersley is a huge question mark. No guarantee he gets healthy enough to contribute in 2019? He's coming back from a CB killer type injury. But like another poster suggested, I'd re-sign anyone younger than 30 with exception of Wake. He deserves to finish his career in Miami, if he wants to.

No good QBs in the 2019 draft. You’ll need up drafting a Henne 2.0

Larsen ???? I agree with the others, but Larsen?

I dont get why Larsen gets a bad rep here. Davis was the one giving up too much. Larsen and Swanson looked good side by side.

if our goal is to go for a qb in 2020, i say you draft a late round qb this year and you roll with either him or falk. Then after you draft the qb falk or the draft pick can be the backup.

Then i would draft OL, DL, LB, or CB...best player available of these positions when we pick in round one. We dont even have enough starters on the roster to field an O-line. The DL lacks any kind of pass rush and cant stop the run. LB group is not impressive and can use an upgrade. We need a top CB to play opposite Howard and eventually replace him when he wants a mega payday...

i personally would stay away from any high priced free agents. You do that when your a few players away from contending. We need to build this team thru the draft and not give out bad contracts. Sign some low priced free agents to 1 or 2 year deals to buy time at certain positions cuz you cant fix everything all at once.

Out of our own free agents id maybe resign Hull and Bolden. Hull provides adequate backup LB play and is above average on ST. Bolden would be cheap but i would also see who else is out there.

We need all new guys at OL. The guys weve had arent cutting it. Its time to move on from them all. Draft and sign big mauler type of guys instead of the wimpy zone blockers weve stockpiled the last 8 years.

Whatever gets us no more than 2-3 wins next season. I want a team full of young guys with potential going forward so we can use the 2019 season purely for evaluation purposes. Should have at least 10 undraftees on the final roster.

All in on Tua bruh. Tired of this mediocre BS. I have no problem being a terrible football team to get a franchise QB. In fact, if they're all in on the tank I'll buy season tickets and sit through it all in full support.

Get rid of almost every player aged 30+. That includes Reshad Jones if we can get something for him.
