Beck and Kolb are in-studio guests on Total Access on NFL network. It repeats overnight so set those TIVOs. Just light-hearted banter, but it's good to see the new guy in the spotlight. Actually you kinda get the feeling of seeing these two guys be big time QBs in years to come. sort of a history in the making...

It was real low key. They asked Kolb about being happy playing behind and learning under McNabb and they asked Beck about his family and who was teaching him. Beck said all the Dolphins QB's and coach Shea were working with him and helping him. They also asked Beck about his age, saying that he would be 27 when he started the season. He corrected them saying he was only 25 right now and would be 26 when the season started and they still got it wrong after that. Terrel Davis got a laugh out of that and said they were trying to make him old already. That was about it.

I really like Beck. He is very good in his interviews. He has a lot of respect for the Miami Dolphins. for Marino and for all the fans. He was ask if he could be the next Marino. He did not flat out said he was. He said he had the potential to be. He is witty, amicable and smart. He also is a great football player.
