I listened to it on Sirius this morning. Fairly cliche for the most part.
They asked/He talked about...
The games he was "thrown into last year" : He said it was a good learning experience, admitted there was some errors on his part that can't happen, his teamates were very supportive and told him to do his thing and not to worry its not like the record could get any worse.
: He talked about JT on dancing with the stars.
: They asked what he thought about the guys who passed on quinn and taking him are now gone, what that meant to him. He said he liked the confidence they had in him, and hopes the new coaching staff can believe in him.
: about a new qb coming in and taking his starting spot, he said as a nfl qb you always have to prepare and play as if someone else could take your job.
: About trent green being released. Was very fortunate that Green helped teach him directly and indirectly by the way he interacts with players, coaches and his game approach/mentality.
He overall recognized there is lots left to learn for him but he's working additmently at doing so. He mentioned the whole team wants to move forward and not think about last year and look to what lays ahead and try to help this team in 2008 win games.
I really liked his attitude, he was polite, gracious and realized alot as a second year qb. He mentioned the circumstances weren't the best for his first few snaps but he was grateful he at least got some to build off of for this season, even though they weren't "ideal". The kids head is in the right place (as many on here already know) lets hope he can translate it on the field.
