Talent wise, Beckham is the most overrated WR I can remember. He is a very mediocre receiver. He had a couple of good seasons with Eli, but has basically been trash since. The guy got a lot of hype over making one spectacular catch and then making himself a "personality."
I saw him going over the middle on Sunday and go up with one hand. You need two hands to catch the ball that was thrown, but he used his other hand to try and shield from the hit that was coming from the safety. Horrible play.
On top of being a very average receiver who drops too many passes and comes up small in big games, he is a huge distraction to any team. I wouldn't sign this guy for the veteran minimum. A guy who can play like Antonio Brown might be worth the trouble, but not this guy. Beckham sucks. Total clown. Browns have been better without him.
