. . . and Bill Parcells football isn't the way to win games in the 21st century.

We desperately need a staff that will understand this. As funny as it is, seeing as we all love to reference it for jokes, John Madden football has caught up with the NFL. The days of the ground and pound with defense renown are over. You gotta sling the ball and do so consistently, in surplus, on every down.

The irony is that the teams of the Bill Parcells we needed in the 80's and the teams of Dan Marino, we need them now (Who am I kidding? Olivadtti might be the only man to make Sporano look like a genius]. This franchise feels cursed. Dolphin brass pushed out the greatest men to have ever graced this franchise Don Shula, Dan Marino, Zach Thomas, etc. They say karma is a *****. Well, we got 99 problems and a ***** is one.

I feel like I'm kicking a dead horse, yet I want to kick it so hard!!!! I picked my NFL football team when I was 9 yrs old, yes back in 1970. Born and raised in FL, it was an easy pick. Cried my eyes out in the Dallas/Miami super bowl, and then enjoyed being on top of the world for the next two years. HOLY **** we were good, we were a "football team". As I look back on things I didn't really appreciate how much coach Shula did for this team. What a coach, for a bunch of years we had 10 win seasons, and we "always had a chance to win". Also our ownership "loved football" and love his team..........and that brings me to this mess. Our current owner is in it for the wrong reason.....its not about the ****ING $$$$$$. I wish I had the money to buy this team........no wait. Lets sell it to the "fan's", (Like the Packers). Let the fans own the team and turn this thing around. If everyone had a stake in what happened, then this wouldn't happen. Let's take our team back and find the next Shula. If you are willing to spend the money, they will come! I hope this team can return to glory and the championship status they deserve, before someone is explaining my dash!!!!!!!!
