Finally have power and the damage has been horrible.

Please provide to me a recap of our game (which I didn't get to see) and any news since then in haiku format. :hump:

I really have missed a lot as we are picking up the pieces and getting everything back in order.

It was like Goliath vs David but this time Goliath won. You didn't miss anything bro

Ozzy rules!!

Wow sorry it was so rough your way brother. Trust me, you haven't missed anything good. Well other than Dallas Thomas was finally voted off the island.

Sorry about the damage, but hope you and your loved ones came out unharmed.

Sorry about the damage, i went through Hermine a few weeks back and dealing with the damage was a complete pain in the ass. I can't imagine trying to clean up after Matthew.

As requested:

Much incompetence
Don't expect another win
We broke Tannehill

It was the most frustrating 3 hours of my life! Other than Grant with a beautiful punt return for a TD, it was awful. My poor dogs had to deal with me yelling at the TV. I so wanted to turn it off, but I just couldn't. You missed nothing more than a horrible showing. Let's just start off with Tunsil, who got hurt taking a pre-game shower (no, I'm not kidding), Albert didn't play and James, although he was there, played for the Titans. That left us with Bushrod and a pile of crap on the other side, all of whom were released today. Tannehill is lucky to be able to breathe, and the 2 or 3 times he had protection, he held the ball too long and took sacks anyway. Just about sums it up. Glad you are ok, sorry you had to deal with Matthew. You missed watching a garbage team let Demarco Murray, Derrick Henry and Marcus Mariota run all over them. Not sure their receivers had more than 5 catches!

Sorry for loss but happy you're alright.

The team had 8 first downs, 51 yards rushing and 149 passing yards. Tells you about all you need to know..

Not having power is better than the ****show that occurred vs Tennessee.

I'm right there with you Heisenphin! I'm up here in Myrtle Beach and we got smacked pretty hard and I lost power for 3 days. That was a hell of a storm.....

I got back on this site late Monday after missing my first Dolphins game in a lot of years....and based on the comments I've read regarding the game....I actually saw the game without knowing it.....in week one, week two...etc. These games are all becoming the same.

My home was tore up too. My grandmother and a friend around the corner still don't have power, probably going to be a few more days.

You didn't miss much w/ the Dolphins. I went to the Wing House on Sunday, they lost signal w/ Sunday ticket for the second quarter. Wish it happened for second half. Normally I am entrenched w/ the game, nothing can take me away from it. Instead I spent most of the time comparing the waitresses butts w/ my brother and watching pigeons gnaw at discarded chicken wings on the ground. Isn't that cannibalism? I wish I could get back the time wasted watching this dud of a team the last two games. Oh well on to the Steelers, I may go cut up some more trees on Sunday, probably more enjoyable.

Thanks. We were still recovering from that storm as well. We were 36 hours without power, 4 days with this one. I still have a tree in my yard started uprooting on Saturday and is leaning more by the day. Better than that his purging all the food out of the fridge and freezer twice in a month.

Btw...great haiku.
