very interesting article from a ravens fan about bill belicheat, that gives additional circumstantial albeit very convincing evidence of BB's advantage that he held over the league for years, and probably helped win more super bowls than the organization ever would have.

this goes hand in hand with my own personal knowledge of information given to a former super bowl player prior to games in which he played for belicheat. and this came to light about a year PRIOR to the whole taping scandal.

not anything we dont already know, but just something else to get us fired up to beat the patsies. we seem to have kind of let the fact they cheated the entire league and our organization for years and got away with it.

hey,go take a look at his W-L record back when he coached the Browns in the 90s i believe...it was mediocre at best, and the ONLY winning season he had there was when the man you all love to hate...Nick Saban was his DC...other than that 1 winning season, his record there is at best mediocre...then he becomes the Pats HC and starts off poorly there, and then Brady takes over for an injured Bledsoe, and BB all of a sudden turns into some kind of coaching genius, and he&pretty boy Brady start winning SB's...i aint buying that **** for nothing...he got caught cheating before,i'm pretty damn sure he'd be willing to do it again...

yeah no doubt. i think he has definately been a good coach overall, but sometimes the little things get you over the hump. if the pats never win that first super bowl (and they never should have been there to begin with)...the media never jumps on the band wagon, and perhaps the "culture" in new england doesnt quite develop the way it has. probably today randy moss isnt a Patriot, and maybe somebody like Dillon, adelius thomas, etc don't go there and the patriots have good teams but never reach the next level.

if i were a patriot fan, id be happy, and love what he has put together. I'm not and cant stand the fact that he was able to get away with what they did with no punishment. in fact Goodell had ties to Kraft prior to becoming the commish, so it stinks EVEN MORE.

I wouldnt be suprised if the information the pats had on teams last year wasnt all destroyed if you know what i mean. sure the tapes might have been...but do you really think the INFORMATION from the tapes wasnt converted into writing or notes etc. id bet anything they still have that info.

now that being said, i think it becomes less useful over time, but i think it still helped them to an extent last year.
