I have had about enough of the Belichick is a genius talk throughout the NFL. Here are the facts. Belichick before Tom Brady 5-11. Belichick after Brady 3 Super Bowls. If you take Tom Brady out of this equation or any of the past 5 years then you get 5-11 again. So just what is my freakin' point here? Well I am so glad you all asked. TALENT!!!!! Plain and simple you need talent especially at the Q.B> position. When was the last time the Dolphins were any good? That's right class when Marino was here. Why? Because he was one of the Greatest Talents the NFL has ever seen. Until Nick Saban gets talent and I'm talking the Quarterback he will never be a genius either.

I do not know about that . Chick is the reeel deel and a genius. I believe in him cause he knows all the plays and schemes to put on the field

He prepares a team better than anyone in the NFL.......well maybe not Saban.

Remember the first Super Bowl they won? Brady didn't take them there.......

Someone said that he's succesfull because he's playing chess while the other coaches are playing checkers, and that's a statement I completely agree with. Like you said, talent is also a big part of it, but him and his coaches have done a tremendous job.

how are you touborg!!! Almost time to celebrate with 3000 posts:)

Then tell me this. Why did it take so long for his genius to take effect? It didnt happen until Brady was the Q.B. He couldnt make it work with bledsoe but the fat man in dallas is? So where is the logic in that?

Well, they are .500 now WITH Brady. ya think Weis and Crennel had a little som'n ro do with it ??

wouldn't he be considered a genius for picking brady up, and then putting him in?

tom brady wouldn't be tom brady without adam vinatieri and the tuck rule. it's a combination of things, and belichick's coaching ability is a major part of that combination.

Exactly my point! A lot of things have to happen right for success. We need more then a coach. We need the whole package and that is probably 3 to 5 years away.

Bledsoe didnt play that whole year. Brady came in and save his behind.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I mean that Belichic and his organisation, specifically Weis had something to say in the making of Tom Brady and the succes he's earned. He's been surrounded by good players and good coaches his entire career.
