Did anyone else hear during Bill Belichick's news conference him admitting that he was "out-coached"? I thought that was awesome, words that could never be said enough! It goes to show something about Sparano, what he and out other coordinators could string up a scheme that beat Belichicks.

Their worst nightmare.

This pre-game post from a Patsie.............

This game is a very important game. It is the return of Bill Parcells the Big Tuna and he will be watching down from the owners box. Belichick is already well aware of this, and Pats fans ( Former Patsies fans ) will take serious note here of what this game means. The Pats can simply not lose to the Tuna, its worse than losing to "the mangenious" even.

:woot:

There is one thing about all this that is really sucks.....that is the Patriot fans & apologists have a built in excuse..."Tom Brady is hurt" to use to justify this loss and others that come up.

I only wish that Brady played because I don't think anyone could have outplayed the Dolphins yesterday....they were playing at 100% & with something to prove!

Also, I wish Brady would be around to play the entire season so when the Pats go 8-8 it would leave an even bigger question as to how much the spying/cheating helped them in the past.

While he's man to admit that, I think a 25-point balls stomping is a little more than just being out-coached.

BB: We had trouble with their new stuff. We had trouble with their old stuff. We didn’t play very well on defense. We didn’t coach very well. We didn’t play very well across the board and they did a good job, so give them credit. We’ve got a lot of work to do. I know we are better than that.

:hi5:

As much as I hate to say it, I'll give props to Belichick for admitting he was out-coached. As far as Pats fans who are using Brady's injury for an excuse, please let me know when he or Cassel ever played defense? I agree, I wish Brady had been playing yesterday; between the way our offense played and their defense (didn't) play, the Pats still would have lost and the win would have been even sweeter than it was.

This was an asswhipping of epic proportions.

Nice to see Belichick admit it though. He was outcoached in the SB too.

poor excuse:
A.injuries are part of the game
B.i didn't see the bunch of talking heads making excuses for us last year when we lost Green, followed by Brown, followedby the rest of our team.

LOL bitter patriot fans.

Reality has hit the Pats fans and headcoach in the butt...yesterday was just another example of a old tired team...that has had too many good years...and now is fading. Without the cheating...losing some better players to age and free agency...happens to every team...and I'm sorry to say...all the old free agent Dolphin player signings are over with Belicheat.

You had a great run...but time is passing you by....the Dolphins and the Bills are the future...in the AFC East.

No question,

But Belichick is the most over rated coach in NFL History anyway. So it's not like this isn't expected. Belichick is going to be out coached a LOT this season now that Brady is down. Spygate isn't even an issue, but losing Tom Brady certainly is, Belichick is a fraud without him.

While I certainly cannot disagree with your logic and your opinion, I would like to add simply that the expectations for the Pats were on the rise, simply because Matt Cassell has come in in Brady's absence and won a couple games before the Fins got there.
