Miami Dolphins C Rex Hadnot received $231,269 from the NFL's "Performance Based Pay" system.
I'm happy for Yeremiah and Rex. It's nice to see them get paid a little extra for the performances they turned in this year, and best of all Miami doesn't have to foot the bill as far as I know.

thats how it should be. the players should get paid by there performance. that would make them work harder, unlike randy moss who just walks on and off the field with no effort. he should be getting paid close to minimum pay for his effort last year.

Very insignificant money in my opinion. It should be higher for players to have even great incentive.

Compared to what they are making, it's significant

BTW: Before anyone asks.........this money does NOT count on the salary cap

That's true but it would nice to compensate them a little more before the big payday.

Man you know those guys make alot of money in the NFL if your refer to thier bonus as "a little extra." Man Im so poor.

Makes my 400 dollar quarterly bonuses look like crap. lol @ "a little extra"

Let's not talk about my 0 $ yearly bonus.

My company just changed their bonus structure too...Now instead of bonus they incorporate it into salary. I dont care about the extra, I want a lump sum at the end of the year. That makes me feel better.

Hadnot shouldn't have been given any kind of bonus, the whole line was terrible just because he was the best blocker on the line doesn't nessacarily mean he was good.

The line did alot better the 2nd half of the year. HAdnot did fairly well but he wasnt the best blocker on the line. By far the best blocker on the line was Carey, and when we finished the season, believe it or not, the right side of our line finished as one of the best in the NFL.
