Didn't realize he was so young. Already has 11 years of coaching experience. I mentioned in another thread that McAdoo has been with McCarthy the longest and followed him from New Orleans to San Fran to Green Bay and that he may get the OC job over Clements in Green Bay.

Sounds like he is a good teacher of tight ends. They have done an excellent job of developing tight ends over there. He seems to fit the Philbin doctrine of instilling fundamentals and developing talent. However, he has had a narrow focus. It would be a leap of faith to graduate to OC at such a young age. I suppose Philbie knows him, but I would be wary of someone that green taking over such a large role as OC.
