we will hire someone who does... dont look at it as..as 100% bad thing.. what if he stayed his next 3 years, and went .500? then he couldnt do it in the NFL...then it was better he left now..

seriopusly, the idea of this man winning a superbowl within the next 3 years is doubtful at best..
