I believe Kitna is going to be a FA, but I could be mistaken.

Wow with the injury to Palmer I thought for sure they would lock up Kitna, signing Johnson appears to tell me either Palmer won't be ready for next season and Johnson will back up Kitna or Kitna is gone as a FA. Might be a decent option if we cant get a QB in the draft.
