Besides Luck, any other possible franchise QB's out there?

I think Luck goes first overall regardless of who has the pick. The number one pick will have a ton of trade value this year and I can definitely see the pick getting traded if a team like the rams fall in the 1 spot.
 
Luck or Barkley. Whoever gets the 1st pick will either draft Luck or trade the pick to someone who will draft Luck.
 
it will go luck and barkley with the top 2 picks...just a matter of will someone end up trading up to those spots to take them or will they already be in position come end of season

if the rams get a top 2 pick i'll bet anyone here money they trade out to the highest bidder looking qb for a bounty of picks...the rams will trade down into the top 5 probably or so and just enough so they can secure wr justin blackmon
 
I like Barkley. I like Barkley even a little more than Luck. He's definitely not as polished as Luck right now, but I do think he could end up being better. But I mean both QBs are cant miss prospects.
 
Draft the best guard and trade for matt flynn ??? Yes ??? No ??? Good idea ??? bad idea ???
 
Kellen Moore? Yes he is slight but he is getting stronger and you can't argue with his production. The smartest qb to come out of college since Payton Manning.

Luck and Barkley have the best chance. Jones is the next level. Guys like Tannehill, RG3, and Nick Foles are worth a look. Hell, I'd personally take a shot on Kellen Moore. He doesn't play in a gimmick offense, he's got a nice arm, and he's smart. He just doesn't have great height. Ryan Lindley is another guy who could be a solid QB
