That has got to be the most ridiculous call and the ultimate game changer. Not only was it a ridiculous call for an end around but what made it worse was that Bess got the call. Yeah he's got good hands and runs good routes but he's the slowest guy. It will take him till tomorrow to run across from the RT to the LT. If your going to call that then give it to Ginn. Secondly if you wanted to run the ball there, run it conventionally. That was huge. Especially with the Jags getting the ball to start the second half. They will score. We have no answer for Garrard's running around. You look for game changing plays in a game that either costs you or gives you the win and this one will cost us. Horrendous play calling still continues and we're in week 13 and fighting for our lives. Thought that sh*t should of been cleared up by now...... I'm telling you guys I have read alot of posts on here about our coaching staff and there needs to be 3 coaching changes. Defensive Co-ordinator, Offensive Co-ordinator and special teams coach... Nonetheless that's offseason stuff. This game has just been taken out of the palm or our hands.

A completely asinine play call compounded by a horrible fumble as Bess refuses to protect the ball. It was crucial the Fins got down and scored at least a FG there.

Henning continues to make cute play calls and Sparano allows it as it comes through the headset. I am freaking hot right now - ready to punch someone.

yeah this was awful play calling. henne is killing thier secondary why not just keep passing.

Worst play call of the game I was so mad...its amazing how sometimes Henning just doesn't "get it"

When I saw the play unfold, I couldn't believe it! Bess had just limped off the field a quarter before with an ankle tweak and they were asking him to use speed and acceleration to get to the edge - WHAT?! Know your personnel coaches!

He looked really slow on that play. On the deep pass Henne threw to him he looked EVEN slower...

I've been a Henning hater for a while, especially since the Saints game! I have to admit, he did call an almost perfect game today though. That reverse to bess was horrible & obviously the worst call of the game, but his only bad play call IMO.

Excellent balance of run and pass, our O just made some crucial turnovers or this would have been a blowout! Henning still scares me though.. its like he's playing Madden up there sometimes

Definately the worst play call of the game. That's Henning trying to get cute, he has to do it at least once a game.

that ball SHOULD have been caught, it was a little out in front of him but it seemed as if he slowed down or stumbled a bit or something. He didnt even put his hands out.

once more,IMO,it looked like he'd have a better chance of catching it,had he dive....

Seems like I read that he' been nursing a hamstring.

But I did find this while searching for a link.

just proves that for every 1 good playcall Henning has, he has 4 horrid ones to back it up.. I bet of someone did an analysis for playcallers in the league, he would be somewhere near the bottom.

yea i was thinking the same thing, if he dove maybe he wouldve caught it. Maybe im wrong but i thought he stumbled a little bit or slowed down.

Henning sucks i cant wait until hes gone. All i have to say is...Ricky passing on the goaline on first down...that pretty much sums up Henning's work.

I agree that Henning was too cute with the running game. End arounds multiple times, the counter flip multiple times, and the lead play where they purposely don't block the playside end/LB. It's the NFL...you can't expect a defender to take themself out of the play and not block them multiple plays in a row! I know Ricky had trouble holding onto the ball but we was averaging 4 yards a carry at the start of the game.

Whats even worse than the playcall itself is the timing of the playcalls. He always calls these plays when were moving the ball well. We were passing on them like crazy right there and he calls the end around and to Bess nonetheless.
