trade 1st pick - numerous teams looking for 1st or 2nd running back and i can see either moreno or wells dropping to 25.

For example I believe we could trade our No. 1 pick this year for No. 1 pick next year and a low 2nd round pick this year. 2 reason for doing this:-

1) Poor draft for DT as opposed to 2010 which will be strong

2) Unless someone like V.Davis/M Jenkins drops to 25 dont see the value in staying there.

Teams who I think would make this trade would be:-

-Texans pick 46
-Broncos pick 48
-Browns pick 50

Thus leaving my draft as; in order if available:-

2a - OLB - Clint Sintim / Clay Matthews

2b - G - Levitre / robinson / Urbrick / Johnson

2c - CB - alphonso smith / d j moore / S Smith

3 - WR - L murphy/ Juaquin Iglesias / Pat White

4 - ilb - jasper brinkley

lower picks - would like another CB, safety, Tackle, Centre and Fiametta

not to blow my own trumpet, but have checked other mocks and this gives us the best options over the next 2 yrs considering talent at NT 2010. Fills lots of needs and 2 1st round picks 2010 no draft compares!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont see this mock to be overly amazing like you seem to thing. Its not bad but nothing amazing... alphonso will probably be gone by late 2nd

and its not really a mock draft if you have 3 choices per pick

Well all you have to do now is convince the other teams not to take those players before your slots. Try to be a little realistic.

The value as I see it in this draft is in the top of the second if anything I want our 2b to move up.

ya, if you were going to go so unrealistic, it def could have been better

cant keep puttin off need positions just because the class is not that strong. Not saying overdraft a guy but we need a NT now.

No need to blow your horn. Mathews will not make it to the 2nd round, S. Smith will not be available that late. The Texans wont trade up for a running back. The only thing that blows is this mock draft.

Texas is far from desperate for a RB.

im not saying they all will be available.....as if we have a choice of all 3. Im saying at that position i would take 1 of the 3, whoever is available. People are forgetting that 2 1st round picks next year with much better NT class:-

'You must have long term goals to keep you from being frustrated by short term failures'.

If this is Ricky's last year, i'd find it hard to think Bill, Jeff, and Tony would not draft one of the two best RB at 25 if they are still there.

Also after the 25 pick in the draft it's harder and harder to find players that can come in and start from day one. That's why some team may offer the deal your talking about, but that would be a sweet deal.

If it was a team that i thought was going to have a very bad year and only win a few games then i'd do it in a heart beat.Top 5 picks are hard to come by.

Thanks Normaniii, now i'm going to spend the next 24 days thinking if i'd take this deal.LOL

you can fine good RBs late in the draft... they are dime a dozen. I'd rather get a 3rd or 4th or even later guys. We dont need to draft a stud every down back, just a good complement back which are found later

This would hold true if i thought we were talking about a dime a dozen player but i don't think we are.

We are talking about someone i think will be an all pro for many years.

if i thought he was just a guy, then sure i'd be on your bus, but i think he is a going to be a great player.
