I was talking with a good friend of mine who is a huge Bronco fan. We started talking about the best and worst times for us as fans. He, of course put the superbowls as best. I was too young to remember the phins last Superbowl win, but i thought this would be an interesting topic since we have all ages, sexes and cultures on this site. So the question is: what is the highest point and the lowest point for you as a phin fan.

My highest: Watching the phins play LIVE for the first time in Seattle, Washington. I had never seen a live game and i finally got to see one and had great seats behind the Dolphin bench. I cheered my butt off and Miami won. I even got a fist pump from Jason Taylor as time ran out!
Lowest: Seeing Marino go down with the achillies and Superbowl losses to SF and Washington.
2nd place: the play off loss to the Chargers!

Best Beating Steelers In Afc Championship

Worst Losing Superbowl To Sf
Dan Marino Retiring.

Highs: Lots of wonderful moments especially with Marino in particular... the "clock play" comes to mind against the Jets and the comeback against the Bills last season come to mind.
Lows: Last game for Marino playoff loss to the Jags was sickening 69-10 was the score I think? ...and the overtime Monday night loss to the Jets in 2000

Best: Beating the Broncos in 04'. Game came down to and olindo mare 53 yard field goal. Fiedler broke his thumb, but put together the game winning drive anyway.

Worst: The monday night miracle...****in jets

Highest(s)(in no order): 1. Watching Dan pretty much single-handedly win that last playoff game versus Seattle.
2. Ricky's entire 1,800 season(I got to watch him when he tore up the bills and bears, as in it was on TV)
3. The monday night game in Mile High, where Feidler hurt his finger. But he drove us back to win.
4. When AJ Feeley won against NE on the last second play.

Lowests: 1. Watching the Dolphins lose 62-7 against Jacksonville.
2. Finding out Ricky retired.
3. The Monday Night Meltdown against the Jets.
4. Personally witnessing the Dolphins last season, be shutout by the Browns at the 1st NFL game I ever attended.

Best Moment: Watching Miami beat Seattle live. The energy of the crowd was amazing. So positive at the beginning, so negative at the ending.

Worst Moment: Watching the Dolphins lose the chance for the playoffs against the patriots in the worst final 4 minutes I have ever seen in football. Nothing went right, NOTHING!

Best - Dolphins dominating the Bears on MNF...saving their claim as the team to record a perfect record.

Worst - Loss to Buffalo in the playoffs, Shula's final game. Buffalo just lined up and ran the ball and we couldn't do a thing about it.

both would be the 62-7 game.

Worst game of my life, but I did meet my wife later that night.

close 2nd worst is the Monday night debacle vs. Jets.

I was at that pats game, I feel nauseated just remembering it now. I can recall how in the 3rd quarter pats fans were givin up on them saying to me good luck to your Dolphins in the playoffs.... Watching that ball just bounce dead near one yardline in those last four mins, heartbreaking

Low Lights-Losing to Chargers in 81 and 94. Loss to the Pats (85 afc champ game).

Highs-beating Bears in 85. Beating Steelers in 84 afc champ game, SD in 82 a year after the epic battle. But the best was the Jets in the mud in 82 to go to the bowl. Probably because we hate the Jets.

That was brutal. The worst 4 minutes of football in Dolphin history. Offense, Defense, Special Teams, and coaching. A collassal breakdown.

Why did you have to bring this up????

Best: Watching Ricky run his first season with Miami. That was an awesome thing to watch.

Worst: The 2004 football season.

Best moments:
1. First (and only) NFL game, Miami at Indianapolis in '98...also turned out to be Peyton Manning's first ever NFL regular season game. Marino threw about a 50-yard bomb to Gadsden for a TD and I exploded.
2. Marino's return from injury in '04
3. Fake Spike

Worst moments:
1. 62-7 loss to Jacksonville (only game that almost literrally made me throw up.
2. AFC Championship loss to Buffalo at home in '92 season.
3. '94 playoff loss to San Diego, 22-21.
Honorable mention: Dan's injury in Cleveland in '93.

Best: Fiedler's game winning TD scramble to beat the Raiders with no time on the clock

Worst: Ricky retiring / 2nd round pick for A.J. Feeley / Drafting Eddie Moore / Entire 2004 season
