Best at what they do

What teams do you think consistently seem to do the best in free agency? IMO I would have to go with the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks, or Washington Redskins.. What teams do you think consistently seem to do the best in the draft? IMO I would have to go with the New England Patriots, the San Francisco 49ers,or the San Diego Chargers. What do you guys think?

I certainly wouldn't list th Redskins among those successful in free agency. All they ever do (at least since Snyder took over) is sign big names that never work out.
