I can not remember the last time the Fins OL dominated a game like that.

IF they can continue to improve and be a better than average OL there is no stopping this offense.

If you have to stop the run AND the pass you will be helpless.

I read somewhere where armstead came out of the game is he ok?

My main concern heading into this game was how many times Garrett would put a hit on Tua.

By the end of the game…Garrett, who dat?

Great game OL!
With NFL+ Premium I can watch every game, so during the week I like to watch a game with Miami's upcoming opponent. The other day I watched the Browns-Bengals game, and after seeing how Cleveland manhandled the Bengals and were all over Burrow, I was worried that they'd do the same to Tua. Since the start of the season, I've been complaining that they didn't do enough to fix last year's worst o-line in the league. I argued that they still needed to replace Jackson and Eichenberg because they weren't good and definitely weren't starting material, but many others here considered the line to be improved. In hindsight I was right, because while this line wasn't as bad as last season at the beginning of the year, they didn't start improving and looking decent until AFTER Jones and Shell replaced Eichenberg and Jackson.

Now, I just hope that McDaniel doesn't put Jackson back in as the starting RT since he's off IR now. McDaniel and Grier need to realize that while drafting Jackson and Eichenberg might have seemed like a good idea, it just hasn't worked out. IMO, it would be a big mistake to keep trying to make starters out of those guys just because of their draft status. Here's a question: was Jones injured early in the season? He's certainly playing much better than Eichenberg, yet Eichenberg kept getting the starting role until he got hurt. This makes no sense unless Jones was injured and is now better. I really hope this isn't a case of Jackson was a 1st round pick and Grier moved up to select Eichenberg, so they automatically get a starting role... hopefully, McDaniel isn't like that. While Shell isn't great, he's still playing better than Jackson did. If McDaniel puts Jackson back in the starting line-up, then that will be like when Philbin kept starting Dallas Thomas even though everyone knew he sucked!

The Browns may have brisset as their qb, but I remember being a little nervous vs them. Ppl were focused on their run game, but what I was worried about what their pass rush. Myles garret is arguably one of the best pass rushers in the game with micah and others. He disrupted and destroyed burrow and bengals talented offense where they crushed them. I know armstead is good, but you never know how it goes until the game happens.

Not only did Tua have time, but that meant miami's o line neutralized Garret and pass rushers, but also seeing the huge running game today, meant good run blocking also. I do feel it's also that wilson is a hell of a lot better rb than edmonds, so some runs missed before were from edmonds not making plays or running better despite o line working things out. But when you run like that, and more importantly give time for the qb but against teams that have dominant pass rushers, that says a lot to me
