imo we have had the best offseason ever! saban just impresses me more and more everyday i think we have a football god on our hands! i love the way he has delt with the ricky problem and getting boston back for nothing, players want to be here!

1.kevin carter(pro bowl player)
2.keith traylor(big monster to clog the middle for a year or so)
3.matt roth(future pro bowler)
4.vonnie holliday(provides good depth at de or dt)
5.channing crowder( zack's replacement)
6.donnie spragan(solid starter)
7.tavaris tillman?
8.travis daniels(will be a good corner in the future)
9.mario edwards(fills a space)
10.tubucky jones(gives us the speed at safety we have lacked)
11.gus ferotte( a decent back up, could start)
12.heath evans?
13.ronnie brown(best back in the draft)
14.ricky( i think saban had alot to do with him comming back)
15.kay-jay harris( how did this guy not get drafted?)
16.stocker mcdougle(improvement at right tackle)
17.boston(when healthy a top 5 wr in this game)

and saban has a few more to add to this list!
if there has been a better offseason by a team let me know!

best offseason in the nfl= 2005 miami dolphins!

The biggest Offseason addition = Nick Saban

Also, don't forget the all-star coaching staff he put together with the likes of Linehan and Houck.

This has been the best offseason that I could remember. I've been excited with what seems like almost everyone move Nick Saban and this organization has made. I give this offseason my 5 STAR approval.

Yeah I Agree This Is One Of The Best, But I Want To Be A Bill Or A Jet Ooops I Mean A Ignorant Idiot.... I Would Say 2004.......

Dan Gets Hired Then Quits, Ricky Retires, We Lose Boston For The Year, We Trade A Second For A.j Feely , Then We Draft V.carey,at 19 But The Funny Part Is We Traded A Fourth For Moving Up Ummmmm One Spot.. I Dont Know Then You Top It Off With Wanny As Coach, Bad Year... Good For Afc East Rivals But Not For Us.. ...

carter can play both but i think he will play d-tackle for us because of timbo and chester

Carter is a DE that has the past few years played more and more at the DT position. He will probably play mostly at the DT position because we are so strong on the end, but weak on the inside.

Also, yes Carter is a good player who has NEVER missed a game in his 10 year career and had 6 sacks last year, 5.5 in 2003 and 10 in 2002. Very good addition to the line.

the debate over better players or better coaches aside.......

in every aspect- except the will Poole injury, this has been the best offseason I can remember.

best part of our Free Agent pick-ups- all have been good attitude, mostly injury free players at a decent price. Even the risks taken (Boston, Crowder, Ricky) are offset by moderate depth and low signing cost of these players.

not sure if the best but one of the best in a long long long time:D

maybe

but, I consider the best offseason addition to be the addition of Dave and Jay to the list of FORMER Dolphins. (ok, dave was actually during the season but you get the gist of it)
