With Thomas, Crowder and Porter we are right up there with the best LB starters in the NFL. The Pats are real good but I feel we have the best now.:dolphins::ninja::dolphins:

Absolutely, no doubt about it the best line backing group in the entire NFL. I wouldn't count us out as best pass rushing team in football as well.

If you add Jason Taylor (he plays LB 1/2 the time)...then it is no contest.

Pats are the next best.

We will again be one of the top D's in the league. We have a potentially devastating pass rush with JT, Roth, Crowder, Porter and Holliday-scary.

An upgrade to the secondary and we will be rocking. Ken Hammer Hamlin!!

Our whole defense is going to be beastly next year

Yes sir or maybe drafting Reggie Nelson, Aaron Ross, Leon Hall, or one of those guys. I wouldn't be apposed to trading our 2nd and a later pick to move into the late first to grab Aaron Ross. He had a hell of a season at Texas and I expect big things for him in the pros.

We are hands down the best the its the bears Zach is better than (urlacher) we need Secondary Landry

Man...We will have so many things we can do it's gonna be sick...If we can get a good corner and safety in the draft that are fast we will be great...also need a de in the draft...

We have a great LB corps in Crowder,Thomas, and Porter (and sometimes Taylor), and a solid DL in Holliday, Taylor, Roth, hopefully Traylor, Evans and Wright. Just gotta worry about CB. Safety with Hill, Bell, and Allen, we should be fine but it's CB opposite Will Allen/Goodman that's not very appealing. If we get a vet like Harper or someone in the draft at CB, we could have a devastating D, on paper anyways.

I'm so torn on Landry. He will be the BPA at 9, most likely, but we have some good players already at safety and other needs to fill.

Dont get me wrong i like our Safety (Bell) but i dont think he is a starter he can cover but he has some problems against the run If we would get landry he has a very good shoot at being a big time star if we pass on him and he is the next ed reed, brian dawkins, roy williams, Safey i would be pist hate to play him if he fell to bills jets i going to give jason allen another chance to start this year but if he cant start this year i am going to think of him as a bust have you seen landry play this guy is an animal he would bring to us
what Bob sanders brings to Colts not only the D but maybe a ring

I know what yu are saying but Brady quinn wont be there if tedd ginn is selected i wouldnt mind we could always trade down a bit and if he is no longer there and neither is dwaye jarret we could alway get OLSEN from

We need OFFENSE in the draft people!!
We are talking about how sick our D is right now, and yet you still want to tack more onto it, while our offense which has been cut down is left for the later rounds? I think not. As great as our D is gonna be, we still need to put some points on the board!! We need offense early in the draft-QB, WR, OL, whatever, we need it!!

Yeah but if we do in fact trade Hill to Carolina, Landry would be a pretty nice fit. Our offense probably won't be that great this year because our oline simply is the same. I guess the idea is to make the defense so lights out that we don't even need an offense. We can also bank on the fact that Ronnie will continue to progress, Chambers returns to his 2005 self, and Daunte is healthy. I see 2007, figuretivley speaking, as a do or die year for the offense. You get one year to prove yourself, and if you can't hang, you're gone.
