Saban will be able to delegate all of the duties of both sides of the ball to these guys (Capers and Mularkey), which will basically free him up to do what he does best -- watch film, evaluate personnel, and scout and gameplan for other teams.

That alone will make the team stronger IMO.

All very good points. I heard a few people today say that that's what Saban looks for... people he can trust to delegate other duties to, to free him up to do his job to it's fullest potential... Saban may only be in his second season and be 9-7 as an NFL head coach. but he's so far ahead of so many other coaches it's not even funny.. :dolphins:

Let me tell you (gee I am sounding like Paul McGuire ), Nick Saban really knows how to surround himself with really good high quality people. That I think is his key to his 'success' early in his tenure here. I hope this continues.
