Best way to put media in its place?

keep calling them out in a grassroots campaign for their rushes to judgment and hypocrisies on neutral sites. Pretty soon hypocrites like a particular wideout kicked off a team himself for being a cancer and an unwilling to help unless threatened with more than a misdemeanor and year of parole murder conspirator if called out directly will be forced off their shaky morally indignant soapboxes

I didn't say it was the media's fault..it is in the way it has been blown up and shoddy reported.
But sometimes,when things are just between Dolphin guys...Just shut the F up.

you are whining about the media making it seem like they are to blame. Sorry the truth hurts. I have mostly stayed out o this, I have not based Miami, Incognito or Martin but it's getting comical reading you guys blame everything on the media.
and thank you for ignoring the tweet I posted. How come no comment on that? obviously something is wrong down there but you guys can pretend it's the fault of the media if that makes you feel better.

I certainly do not blame the media for any negative press they printed in regards to jeff Ireland and his tenure in Miami. However the media so badly wanted this story to be big , bad, mean, crazy, racist Richie Incognito bullying poor John Martin and were devastated when the locker room backed Cogs. While stating the Dolphins should have remained silent is a valid argument and may have been the smartest thing to do as a fan I loved seeing them speak up.
Anyway that's the part of the media I'm talking about. They were so badly trying to sensationalize this bullying story and the locker room wouldn't have it. So many in the media would be thrilled if the Dolphins players were all relieved the MONSTER Rcihie Incognito was removed from their locker room.

2) I don't know? I am waiting for all the facts to come out. The media always runs w/ a story but to be fair Miami did suspend Incognito, did they do so b/c of the media?
I understand your frustration and the frustration of phin fans and if you check my posts I haven't made many about this b/c I want to see all the facts first but I hate seeing people just blame the media. I am not invested emotionally, if I was maybe I'd be doing the same thing? I don't know but clearly there are issues w/ the dolphins from the top down when you read they have had the most complaints and THEY suspended Incognito not the NFL or the media.

The media sensationalizes everything and unfortunately most fans follow various "experts" blindly.

The media is in fact to blame for their rush to judgement based on lack of all factual information. There are TWO sides to every story, and the media outlets will do anything to break news first even if it's incorrect. You put out a voicemail TRANSCRIPT and omit very pertinent information?! In a rush to judgement you divulge bits and pieces of one side's information? That is the clearly bad media tactics
That's what they do, rational people(no matter what team, political party, etc..) wait for the facts to come out and others fall prey to the media's game but that should be expected.

Junc, you seem to be working extra hard, making sure you go from have a huge percentage of this board against you, to pretty much alienating the entire board against you, don't know what has gotten into you (Even though it's been obvious what you have been doing to from day one), but keep up to good work.
I don't concern myself worrying about whether people are for or against me. I post what I believe in and whatever happens happens.
Well it's pretty juvenile of you, but as long as you can live with the type of person you are acting like....have fun.

Basically what I meant when I started this thread..was a pulling together of Dolphin fans...not a pile on JetJunk.
The media basically says our leadership and lockerroom is crap....a winning streak will go a long way in shutting that crap up.
