Better get it right this time. Ross picked Philbin over Zimmer & McCoy

Zimmer just won the damn division title but his "attitude" rubbed Ross & Ireland the wrong way.

McCoy has been a WAY better coach then Philbin but the Chargers have been injury prone like crazy.

This is why i have barely have any faith to pick the right one.
 
He also dodged Ray Farmer and look at the **** show he put together in Cleveland

Also, I think we classify as a **** show, despite the warm-fuzzy win today.
 
McCoy is not way better than Philbin was.

Zimmer sucked until this year and McCoy has sucked the entire time he's been a HC. Hopefully Zimmers success continues but McCoy definitely was not better than Phailbin. At the best they were the same

he dodged farmer and hired a guy that was fired in the same timeline, not exactly a success

How did Zimmer suck last year? They lost the best runningback in league and had a rookie qb. 7-9 first year was far from sucking with those scenarios

Zimmer is a good coach and would have loved to see him in Miami. McCoy is Philbin II......
 
McCoy sucks. We'd be in the same boat had he been hired.. and probably worse off if "Coach Mediocre" didn't use Ross's offer for leverage in collusion with his agent Marvin Demoff's son in St Louis for complete autonomy at a kings ransom, pulling the wool over Kroenke's eyes.

Philbin sucked and had the exact same record with a rookie QB
 
Philbin was the worst possible hire. That should be clear to all of us by now. Ridiculous move.
 
At the time I thought Phailbin was a good hire. Came from a powerhouse offense with good fundamentals and theories. One might think that he could leverage that into his team in Miami. From the onset he said we would have a fast paced offense, and during his first TC we did. I recall reports saying the time from play to play was very short. The comes game day, and he completely craps his pants - each game, each year.
