Seymour will be a force teaming with Colvin. Like us they will get many coverage sacks because they have a top 5 secondary. Seymour was very good rushing the QB in the 4-3, so he'll be even better on a 3-4 defence. He will face a lot less double team than by playing inside.

Yeah, Branch was okay. I picked him up in a salary cap fantasy football league I was in last year and for his price, he did a good job for me.
