Big O: Hearing Peyton Manning to Dolphins, Reggie Wayne might follow

I'm sooooo excited!!!!
and I just can't hiiiide it!!!!
Peyton's gonna be a Dolphin...
and I think I like it!!!!

Either Peyton can throw the ball or he can't....it's that simple. Ireland needs to fly to Indy with Marshall and a couple other receivers (If Manning becomes a Free Agent) and see if Peyton can throw the short and long routes, slants and can go to his right and left. Reports are that he is throwing the ball pretty well. The next question is, "Does getting sacked/hit risk further injuring the area. or is a more of a nerve issue that may just have to run it's course over time." Sometimes you have degenerative issues like arthritis, scar tissue and things that have nothing to do with getting sacked or hit. I just hope Manning can play for at least three more years as he has been a class act and a guy you root for no matter where he ends up. I would love to see him in a Phin's uniform if he can play at close to what he once was.

Why fly to Indy?

18 has been in So Fla working out with Reggie Wayne.

i'm so sick and tired of this flynn talk. all this hype has greenbay pondering franchising the dude. i mean really? he was a damn 3rd round draft pick and now he's th second coming of...aaron rodgers? jesus F christ people. two games and this man is now worth 50 million? did anyone learn a damn thing from kolb? apparently not.

The thing that scares me away from Flynn is that he has almost zero starting QB experience in college or the pro's.
You draft a player based upon production. You start a player based upon production. Flynn has very little experience as a starting QB. He has great potential. We have been burned before. Flynn looks like a trap door.

He was actually a 7th round pick.

15 years huh? lmao you must be smoking some serious herb.

thank you, gb even knows people are all over this clown's jock so they are bluffing about franchising him and the smart thing would be to. everyone knows the miami dolphins are stupid enough to pay a first rounder for a qb that was franchised by a team with a top 3 qb. i swear to f'ing christ being a dolphins fan is like being married to a chick that used to be hot and now she's just ugly, stupid, lazy and you can barely get a half staff with her nude body in your vacinity.

reggie wayne and brandon marshall? slow and slower? wasn't the biggest problem with our offense the lack of speed considering we had a freaking white boy as our fastest reciever aside from clyde "can't catch the ball" gates?

Stop with all the negative comments regarding whites. Play nice.
Reggie Wayne is plenty fast enough, BM is a beast. Having a savvy veteran will be a plus.
Give up on Gates already? Give the man another year to prove himself. He has the speed.

even worse, if we spend 50 million or a high draft pick on this guy just put a 1911 between my eyes.

Man if this happened I sure would be looking hard at Richardson with that eighth pick if he makes it to us

If we can get our QB squared away through Free Agency (and get Flynn or Manning), then I think Richardson would be a very nice pickup. I know many draft experts talk about getting an O-lineman like Reiff or DeCastro, but I think we could get a pretty solid o-lineman who would be an upgrade over Columbo and Incognito later on. We have to add offensive weapons first.

I think another option would be to trade down and take a WR like Kendall Wright or Floyd of Notre Dame,,,,then if we get an extra pick in the second round we could probably get a TE like Fleener of Stanford or D. Allen of Clemson. Then we the other second rounder we go with the BPA....a really good pass rusher, a solid O-lineman, a Cornerback, or a Linebacker that fits our defensive scheme, or a quick versatile RB like LaMichael James of Oregon.

i am white genius, but i certainly don't want the fastest receiver on my team being a white guy. i'm sorry but i go by stereotypes because i play probabilities. white receivers are fantastic shifty slot guys that have a knack for getting open. not mike wallace sideline burners. sorry pal, i'm a realist.

We have other holes. W Bush and Thomas we don't need to spend that high a pick on another RB. No way it happens.

It's a sign of respect and it also shows real interest in him if you pay him a visit at his place. If our owner was willing to fly all over the country to look at getting us a coach like Harbaugh last year, then the least we can do is send some coaches to Indy to do a thorough and proper examination of Manning. I also would like to talk with his doctors who I believe are in Indy, as well as the athletic trainer that Peyton has been working with for a few years. We cannot afford to make another mistake at the QB spot like we did with Brees/Culpepper about five years ago.

thank god another person who understands we ARE SET AT RUNNING BACK! i don't care if richardson is the second coming of AP. i don't see the vikings getting anywhere with him, do you? we have 3 backs on our team now with 1 essentially a free rookie and you genius individuals want to spend the 8th pick in the draft on another one? did you not learn from the ronnie brown fiasco? we have a 1000 yd rusher that's 26 years old!
