Bigger is better - good Dolphins article

that is a good article,and from what i know about Parcells,very true.

I really love the article and hope we sign atleast one more DL & OL. Something has to be wrong with Jake Scott, cause Im surprised we have not looked at him by now. Scott is visiting the Titans, but 6-5 and 295 you have to wonder why Parcells has not looked at him. My only assumption is Jake has been a RG his whole career so we will see.
 
Size is intimidating no matter who you are. Parcells is the kind of guy who just wants to over power his opponents. Hopefully this works for our growing team.
 
Big and fast beats smaller and fast almost all the time.
 
Nice article on Josh McCown, I really liked his skills coming out of college, though he was a raw prospect at the time, he has been on some awful teams but I like rolling the dice on him.....it could payoff.
 
Interesting take on McCown.. his bad teams won 39% of his starts vs only 23% of his non-starts. Encouraging!
 
Big and powerful is effective in certain areas (DT, pass-rushing OLB, DE). Not so much for others (CB/S/coverage LB's). I frankly prefer a balance especially with our LB's. We can have big LB's but I do note the merits of lighter faster ones as well.

If we end up picking jake long in the draft, and retain rex and move him to left guard, we actually seem to have a mean group of boys up front.
