depends what you mean by hurt. If you mean betrayal, then Saban. the guy lies to everyone, then quits. If you mean hurt the team, then Ricky. He was the offense. He quit, but didn't really lie to anyone before he quit. just up and left.
ricky at least is typical of his quiky personality... Saban.. and his lofty preaching... snide and deliberate condemnation of the media... his damn self help books...
Saban could take a page out of a real winners book.
I has to be Ricky quitting on us. Not to say this isn't a complete embarressment as a fan, but Ricky did it right out of the blue. Saban's lies could be smelled from miles away. If he wasn't interested in Alabama when he told the media he wasn't, they would have promptly moved on to the next candidate. He duped us, much like Ricky did, however Ricky ruined our team.
Saban is much worse imo. Ricky was a piece (a huge piece) but still just a piece of the team that had a backup and could be replaced. Saban was the supposed leader and head of this franchise both on the sidelines and in the front office. He is a traitor, a liar and pathetic while Ricky is just pathetic.
I'm just anxious to get all this crap behind us so we can get someone who wants to be here and try and get things turned around, God knows we deserve it as fans for the last 5 + years of being a laughingstock.
:fire: Has to be Saban because no one saw it coming except his family. At least Ricky will come back and be productive. He has had his share of mistakes but still has a shot at redemption. Saban is done. Burnt, extra crispy. Saban should never be allowed to set foot in Dolphin Stadium, EVER AGAIn.
Tough choice. They both quit on the team when it became too hard. Ricky quit right before camps, Saban quit after saying numerous times he wasn't leaving. Both a pretty bad IMO.
