Bigger Problem for the Dolphins: Jeff Ireland or Stephen Ross?

What do you think? Is it Ireland's arrogance and gruff personality that's the biggest issue? Or does it start at the top with Stephen Ross and his philosphy of "chase big names, throw out lots of money, and let's bring celebrities and nightclubs to the stadium."
 
hmmm, chase big names....sounds like finfans.
 
I think it's Ireland. I'm not a fan of Ross by any means, but it's Ireland who is making the moves and talking to the players. His personality is terrible and he's antisocial. Players are saying he's not trustworthy.

Ross has made mistakes, but the football operations are in Ireland's hands.
 
Ridiculous question. It is Ireland of course. Ross is a very good owner, willing to spend the whole cap and pay his coaches.

Ross is blinded like the front office defenders on this site...

Both love Ireland for some unknown reason...
 
I'll go with Ireland. Stephen Ross seems to stay out of the football decisions most of the time. We've made nothing but bad football decisions, which we can place the blame squarely on Ireland. Ross needs to bring in his best buddy Carl Peterson, that'd be an upgrade at GM imo.

I agree 100% but Ross is the Boss and he must accept ulitmate responsibility of letting such a ning-cum-poop build his team.....The Buck stops with Ross

BOTH, but its a lot easier to replace a GM so I choose Ireland.
