There is no doubt that he developed a network of players and coaches that produced "effectively" and "consistently" for almost two decades in the NFL.

I think this will work effectively with the shorter "time in grade" for college football players.

I am most interested on what he does with the existing coaching staff and any new coaches he may bring in.
