I'm surprised he didn't just stay on TV... I kinda liked his insight, I think he's a good analyst.

As much as I disliked him as the Putz coach, I have to agree.

I think coaching is in his blood, though. It's his love and makes him happy.

I have to believe he will be a good recruiter as well.
