Bill Belichick?

McDaniel has proved for multiple seasons he can't beat good teams and we're soft so maybe a hard nosed super successful coach can turn the culture around like Belichick would. It wouldn't be the first time a head coach left a college job he accepted for the nfl like kliff kingsbury did a couple of years ago.
Hey kid,
Go start a book drive or something

You can go ahead & slit your wrists for even entertaining such sacrilege. No real Dolfan would EVER think of such madness, let alone let others know they did. Shame on you, sir.

A hard no to Belichick.......however I get the point the OP is making. This team needs some experience and stability at the HC position if a change is made. I don't think McD gets fired, but if he does, I would much prefer some experience as well

To change the culture in Miami, you have to make changes at all levels and I think experience is best suited to deal with that. That doesn't mean you have to fire everyone, but areas like scouting and the trainers all need to be looked at so everyone is on the same page

You start with the GM and then allow the new GM to evaluate and make organization decisions/changes

Belichek is pretty much the only coach Tua has owned. This would be an utter disaster.
