Celtics great Russell, 11-time champ, dies at 88
Bill Russell, the cornerstone of the Celtics' dynasty that won eight straight titles and 11 overall during his career, died Sunday at age 88.
This one hurts. RIP to one of the great players. NBA would not be the game it is today without players like Bill Russell.
