Bills game no cakewalk...no locker room material..

Guys...

The upcoming matchup against the Bills is huge. We cant afford to go 0-2 in our division and entertain thoughts of the playoffs.

I have a feeling that by week 5....Holcomb will be the Bills starter, and that creates problems for us. Holcombe will make the Bills passing attack much more dangerous. It also opens up the chances for some big plays by our D, as one thing Losman hasnt done is turn the ball over.

The last thing we want to do is to start ranting on how we are gonna walk all over the Jills. They still have a very formidable D without Spikes. You know our team will be geeked to play a hard nosed tough game in Buffalo..(Thank God its being played in Oct rather than Dec.)

We will need to run effectively against these guys..as we all know how hard it is to throw the ball in Rich stadium when the wind blows.

Bottom line...take these guys seriously.

I agree with the likely prospect of Holcomb starting the Fins game. I'm hoping that Losman does OK this week and still gets the start against Miami the following week.

One thing having Holcombe as QB..is he is more of a pure pocket passer. Losman can move the pocket much better. If we can collapse the pocket on Holcombe..we can cause him to make some mistakes. I think we will see much more blitzing with Holcombe as QB.

Im also very worried about McGahee's cutting ability. We have shown some lack of discipline staying in the correct gap assignments..this opens up holes for McGahee to exploit, and give hime some room and it gets really hairy. We have to remain disciplined with him.

I agree and I think we got totally hosed by the NFL playing the Pats at home in freaking November when its not that hot anymore, all the while we play them when its cold as hell and snowing in Foxboro, January.

the same Kelly Holcombe that couldn't seal the starting spot on the Brown's roster? are you serious....the Bills BEST chance is starting now...and he's not doing very well...like i said in a previous post...there is only so much running Mcgahee can do.
