Buffalo's passing attack is in the cellar, as is their standings in the AFC East.

However, Buffalo has a rushing attack that is #4 in the league. Miami's defense against the run ranks as a mediocre #22.

Add to this mix Miami's lack of depth in the secondary, Buffalo's "nothing to lose" situation, and home field advantage for Buffalo going into Christmas week...and you have all the ear-marks of a trap game for the Dolphins.

I hope the Dolphins blow them up with a lopsided score, but the Fins have only pulled that off one time this year...against the Jets...many weeks ago.

I have yet to find any defibrillators down here in Ecuador...so I will smoke less this week and hope my heart holds up against another possible close game.

stack the box all ****ing day and let those garbage qbs give the game away.

The opposite outcome can happen with our secondary. My worst fear is that Miami gets long-balled, thrilling the fans at Orchard Park, and causing us to lament that we do not have a secondary that is fully healthy.

We need to score early and often to get them out of their running game. Get up by 2 scores (at least) then mix run and pass to keep their pass rush honest. Do not play a close game. The Bills have nothing to lose. If it is close late, they will take chances to win.

Our game is to stop the big play and limit the other teams to field goals while we score Touchdowns. That's why our defense seems to suck between the 20s but is stiff in the red zone. As long as we can stop the Run in the red zone and not turn the ball over this game shouldn't be that close.

The Bills have a great running game and can make the Fins commit to stopping the run and take shots deep.

This is a tough game.

Dolphins should have beat them the first game,
Now they have to beat them in the second game.

Tough game but a most winnable one..

Dolphins 24, Bills 10...

any thoughts on EJ manuel? i havent paid any attention on him but he shifts out of the pocket. then again he went to FSU so he's not use to the weather

Last time we played both Spiller and Jackson were getting limited but effective snaps. They need to make Manual beat them with his arm. As for their defense, they overwhelmed our OL and made Tannehill the victim of a lot of contact. Need to get the ball out quick to neutralize that DL.

I have a feeling that neither team is going to get much done threw the air. IF its freezing rain game then its all about commitment to the run and stopping the run. I hope our guys learned something in Pitt a few weeks ago. It felt like they all had too short of spikes on. They showed a few of them changing them on the sidelines. Take the long spikes guys, yes they slow you down but in crappy weather footing is more important than speed. Trust me I've played more than one championship game up here in Canada on crappy fields. Footing is king not speed.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I think hes played a game or two in the cold.

Spiller is a match up nitemare for MIAMI. If he makes a living on the edge (counters, sweeps, tosses and screens), MIA will struggle to win this game. Sadly, the one responsible for this assignment is Wheeler.

If we can't beat Buffalo, we can't beat any of these playoff teams. It's between the ears and between the ribs. Make plays, not excuses.

This is absolutely true, and if we get past the Bills with a win...the same thing will apply to the Jets game.

If the Finz cannot beat both of these teams, we have little chance against the others in the tournament.
