Bills release Dolphin Killer Thad Lewis!

i can't believe we let that happen last season. thad lewis kept us out of the playoffs. thad freakin lewis.

Thad plays with heart and I kinda like him. But he didn't 'beat' us. Their running game and defense beat us.

That said, great news. Thad is a Miami native and I think that definitely got him pumped up to play us.

Our coaching staff contributed a great deal to both that loss and the loss to the Jets in week 17.
 
It also speaks to how we play "down" to our competition. When was the last time we truly blew out an opponent that we should have?

Miami's defense gave up 20.9 points per game, good for 8th best in the league, and Thad averaged 21 points per game against us.

Buffalo's defense gave up 24.2 points per game and Tannehill averaged 10.5 points against their defense.

I don't think Coyle is the one that needs to be embarrassed over those performances...

Not to mention that Tannehill served up half of those points scored against us with untimely turnovers
 
i guess i should qualify my prior statement with if thad lewis makes plays on you you know your lb core blows...it's not why we lost that last bills game...

Good point. In adjusted points Thad scored more like 15 points a game against us and Tannehill scored like 3 points a game against them.
