How do you evaluate the Bills WR's? Considering the meltdown they had at QB, how can anyone look good as a reciever on that team?

I remember a game when he was in college...A game in the pouring *** rain in......2003 maybe? Anyways, he got laid the **** out! We were all calling big hits "getting Roscoeized" for months after that.
