Sure, it's the new NFL, running backs can't get the big deal so they sit around , pick a team then play 10 weeks of football and get that big playoff check

Ah, because Buffalo is in our division and it's a battle for 1st place??
i wouldnt minded bringing him into camp when we were flirting with all the RB rumors. give him a shot to make the team. short yardage back, and someone to line up in shotgun. IIRC think he was supposed to be a pretty good blocker.
But i also mentioned that Mostert and Wilson Jr were fine as power backs. I said a handful of times last year that Mostert looked more like a power back then a speed back, the way he was breaking tackles and running angry
