BuffaloBills.com reports the Buffalo Bills have signed free agent SS Matt Bowen (Rams). Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

That wasn't my point. The Bills have major holes and they haven't made any real "wow" pickups. Mostly just depth signings.

I believe the last story on Adams was that his agent are waiting on the Bengals to sign a backup QB and then they will start to talk about a contract. I really don't know if they will wait too long for the Bengals.

As soon as Sam found oud out he was being cut he called a buddy that plays O-Line for the Bengals and told him that he wanted to play for a Super Bowl contender.
