I stumbled on this web series type documentary detailing our newest 3rd round draft choice, Billy Turner.

I found myself getting really in to this series. He's very well spoken, seems intelligent and has an incredible drive. I didn't know his father also played in the NFL, but it definitely contributes to the chip on this guys shoulder. After watching this, I firmly believe that he will not only start, but will develop into an absolute force for us.

He has such motivation, it's almost impossible to imagine him failing. Especially taking into account how dominant he played in college, not giving up a single sack all season is incredible at ANY level.

Might be a rough start for the rookies Turner and James to get up to speed of the NFL.
I think after a few games the offensive line will be good enough.

To get James and Turner up to speed, perhaps Philbin should do what Shula did with Webb and Sims. He gave them every snap in preseason.
In this day and age that might be too grueling, though.
