I am sick and tired of this!

Why is Chad being blamed for Fasano's -TWO- drive killing fumbles? Did everyone forget the Dolphins tied an NFL all-time record for FEWEST TURNOVERS DURING A SEASON (13 to's) ? Did everyone forget how great Chad was last year, never turning the ball over?

Yes, Chad had an INT, but the fumble was the O-line's fault. Chad was being pressured ALL GAME LONG, getting sacked and hurried. Our running game couldn't do squat because of the O-line's terrible performance.

Our star #1 draft pick, Jake Long getting RUN OVER and being put on his behind. Did you even see that?

When your receivers -CATCH A PERFECTLY PLACED THROW- and then FUMBLE it, TWICE!, how is that your fault? How is it Chad's fault that the offensive line couldn't protect him and couldn't sustain a running game for Ronnie Brown/Williams?

It's not Chad's fault. If you want to blame anyone, blame Fasano for being a bonehead and fumbling 2 times and the O-Line for a terrible game.

i blame the whole oline but the fumble was chad's fault. He held onto the ball way too long IMO.

Agree with you, but at the end of the day there's only so much blaming one can do for really what amount to completely uncharacteristic performances.

We've all got our panties in a bunch over the loss, but let's wait for it to become a pattern with ANY of the aforementioned players before we start throwing them off the starboard side.

Wanna know what my problem with Chad was last game? He had no balls! I've seen him throw, I'm one of the few that think his 'noodle' arm is a bit exaggerated, but he had NO balls yesterday.

This is a team sport and they lost as a team. Ithink what people are truly worried aboutis the fact that Pennington had the same look on his face that he had in the Ravens game after his fumble. There were plays that he was afraid to make, even on the touchdown pass. His primary receiver had beat dbl coverage and was behind the defense in the endzone, but he waited until he caught the blown coverage of RW in the flat. Yes he got the TD, but what if RW was covered? Last year prior to the Ravens game Pennington makes the endzone throw for the 6, but he seems to be overthinking and to concerned about the bad play where he's bypassing the good ones. I'm not bashing Pennington or saying to pull him out of the lineup, but to me he still appears to be fighting offthe ghosts of that Ravens playoff loss. Kind of like a boxer coming off from his first ko loss, just very tentative. With that said it was a team loss in every facet of the game.

Chad scanned through his progressions way to quickly and went through all of them, eventually leading to a dump off or sack. He did not give his recievers a chance, he will do a better job of this against the colts. Not because their D is weak or anything but because he knew it was his fault, he did not get rid of the ball faster. Not all his fault but chad is a competitor and while he had a bad game he will come back from it with a vengence and give his recievers a chance to make plays, which they will. Ala going to Ginn in NYJ game and the Seattle Flea Flicker. This season we will see more of trusting Ginn.

pennington didn't do a great job yesterday BUT you are right, jake long had a HORRIBLE game.......not just on the two sacks....... he allowed pressure on pennington all day.

fasano and haynos ................ughhhhhhh..... horrible game! everyone on the offensive side played a subpar game.

i wonder if any of this has to do with sparano's decision to have tackle free practices??? it sure seemed like the players weren't used to hitting or taking a hit.

our secondary needs to improve overnight if we're going to have a chance against indy.

I the pocket was collapsing around him. I don't blame him for holding onto the ball.. what he shouldn't have done was had it up there to be knocked out of his hands. He should've tucked it under and taken the sack if need be.

The play reminded me of Bret Favre.

This is what I have been saying all day. Could not agree more.

no ones blaming chad for Fasano's fumbles... but chad is not blameless here

his pocket awareness was John Beck levels yesterday, when his first option was gone, he got confused and looked panicky... he held the ball too long too often... and he was afraid to try to push the ball down the field ever...

there are many facets of the team that deserve blame from the game... Chad is included in them though...

every offensive line allows pressures, and hurries and sacks... but QBs need to have pocket awareness to move around and still make plays, Penny showed NONE of that yesterday...

it was very strange because Chad is usually pretty good in the pocket, but yesterday he was god awful

I agree with you 100%...That's why I said he looked like a fighter returning after he's been knocked out. Sometimes they can revert back to their old forms and sometimes they're done. It will be interesting to see which category Chad will fall under!

Everyone on the offensive side (maybe with the exception of Ricky)of the ball had a part in creating that crap sandwich. It's a team loss.

that first fumble by fasano was ma perfect hit...helmet on the ball! anyways. i hope he enters mondays game pissed, and trucks people!!!
