So where did it all go wrong?
It all starts with three men: Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, general manager Jeff Ireland and CEO Mike Dee. They have been responsible for fanning the flames of the over-worked rumor mill in Miami that has served to undermine the head coach and quarterback in equal measures, turning off fans in the process.

Bingo.....finally someone else who see's Dee as part of the problem too.

nothing against you rugby but whoever wrote it gets a big NO **** MAN!!!

Its been said for weeks and its still so true:

Chad Henne isn't the biggest problem, but he isn't the solution either.

Our defense wouldn't look so bad if we could convert third downs, score in the red zone, and do simply things like complete passes in the fourth quarter. Good quarterback play can cover up alot about a team, lets try it for once.

That's like saying Henne's turds aren't the stinkiest on the team. Still a stinky turd.

More genius NFL logic, anlysis, & reasoning from the Homer Posse on the Bleacher Report. They're twittering Bleacher Report now ... Jesus, WHO'S following that!! lol

Coming into the season we all thought that Henne was going to be our biggest weakness. After seeing him play it was clear that he was not. The Defense can not stop anybody and the O-Line can not stop anybody. Even though Henne was not the problem, he is not our franchise guy either. Lets get Luck!!!!!!!

He's not the main problem but he's not a solution either. He's a mediocre player that chokes in pressure situations.

The offensive line and the pass rush is our biggest weaknesses.

Colombo is a joke. He gets straight up mauled by defenders.

Without Daniel Thomas the running game is trash too.

Ive been a Henne supporter but i have to admit he is not a franchise QB. He did improve some parts of his game. He played with more confidence. It looked like he had a better understanding of the offense.

Theres tons of weaknesses on this team, Henne just gets most of the blame because hes the QB and i can understand that being that its the most important position in pretty much all of sports.

I guess some here didn't read the story. I am certainly no homer. But I also am smart enough to realize that Chad Henne was not the main problem with this franchise. It stems mainly from the top down, and until some major changes are made in the Front Office and they way they conduct themselves, and the community decisions they make, we are doomed as a franchise to lie in mediocrity at best, and at worst what we are seeing this season.

Ross needs to start firing people NOW and start rebuilding the franchise.
