This is for all those members posting negativity, you know who you are. This win is also for all of those wishing we'd lose so we can "clean house" at the end of the season. I do not know why anyDolphins fan would want to root against us.

For you believing fans I salute you :lol2::up::hclap:.This is a great win and it shows we beat a very,VERY good Bengals team that swept our division. If we continue playing this football we will win many games. We are not a bad team but if we continue to play poorly in the 2nd half something needs to change. I hate how Sherman doesn't run the ball at all on most 2nd halfs and he runs it in this game when he can't. We are tied 17-17 wtf are you doing running the ball for? You want to take time off the clock for overtime.

I said 38-10 Cincy or somewhere around there. If you can tell me you honestly thought Miami was going to win then great. I mean they beat the Jets ass last week by 40. The statistics would make you believe Cincy won by 24 or something. I'll take the win b/c it saves the season.

The next 4 games will define the season:

at Tampa Bay on MNF
vs. San Diego 1 p.m. game
vs. Carolina
at New York Jets

Through this stretch it would be ideal to go either 3-1 or 4-0. After that they're at Pittsburgh, home vs. New England, at Buffalo and then finish at home vs the Jets.

I actually did think we would win. We have beaten the Bengals since 2010 so why wouldn't we? Besides the Saints game the Dolphins have actually played really good football for the most part. We lose against the Ravens because of 2 PI back to back and stupid calling towards the end, the Bills game again stupid playcalling. The Pats stupid calls and collapse of the 2nd half. We are a good Football team.

I did not think they would win.
I don't think they are playing well in recent weeks or tonight either.
Sometimes a win is just a win.
This is not a playoff team and this win should make nobody recant earlier statements or feelings.
But that's just me.

Beating Cincy last year meant nothing to me b/c I thought they were better this year. The Dolphins weren't able to finish vs. BAL, BUF and NE. Seeing as how not finishing games is the Dolphins motto for 12 years I had no faith they would pull it out.

Hell they almost didn't but I'm psyched they won.

What??? When have I made complaints? Not that I recall have I wished for us too lose, said we would get blown out, lose faith in Tannehill. Are you kidding me???? I am a big Ireland supporter. I am my own mind I am not a fair weather, bandwagon fan. Have I said Sherman needs to change his plays yes I have.

The main complaints have focused on lack of personnel and coaching, both very valid concerns. You call out those who post "negatively" then turn around and post "negatively" about Sherman. You don't see the conflict there?

I haven't seen anyone wish us to lose. Some get pessimistic about the future and based on history, that's understandable.

Then you haven't been reading too many topics have you? I recall a poster saying they hope they lose bad Thursday, bad attendance so Ross can open his eyes and fire them all. Something along those lines. I was not referring to the comments about the staff. I agree they are doing bad choices, play calling and 2nd half adjustments. I was referring to wishing we lose, saying we will get blown out by 20 points, etc. The ones that want us to lose all the games from here on to get a decent pick. We win 3 in a row praise going around then we lose some close games and the sky is falling.

If only we had played the Pats for 4Qs like we played tonite we would have beat the Pats. .

IMHO i think we can go 10-6 or 11-5 IF WE CAN KEEP ON FINISHING GAMES ...

I thought we had a good chance to win and planned on betting until the whole Martin fiasco sprung up, ****ing Martin cost me $$$.

I def thought we'd win. We have a good team that has 3 of their losses because they didn't finish that game. We also seem to have Cincy's number...not on speed dial, but we have it. I think we also win the next 3 or 4.

Will the overreactions go the other way this week?

It was a win and I love watching the Dolphins win on a national stage, but they are still not playing well....they gave up a crap ton of yards and still can't tackle. The o-line can't pick up a 3 and short. AS nice as this win was it is still evident that this team has a lot of holes.

erm....what game did you watch. Of course of all us are pleased about a Phins win. But lets not sugar coat this, the Bengals were sloppy & seemed unprepared.

The win was more of a case of the Phins once again hanging in there and finally taking their chance rather than outplaying the Bengals.

Turn those numerous amount of dropped catches into first downs and the momentum is well & truly with the Bengals.

The main difference I saw is we stuck with the run, got lucky with Bengals Gino Atkins getting injured & played disciplined football making the OL's work easier.

If the run was successful earlier on & I'm sure we would have seen a return of previous games and multiple sacks.

Thought T-Hill, Vernon, Grimes & Wake deserved game balls.
