Man I know he was part of the best team ever in the 72 dolphins but come on I want him to to spologize to all the dolphins and especially JT for his comments b/c jt showed his you know what off today he played like it was a championship game

I don't think it was as much of a put down by Kuech as it was a kick in the ***, and the team responded. Gotta give the coaches and players credit today because they gameplanned well and played great. They beat the **** out of the Bears...PERIOD!

And I know for a fact that he wasn't addressing guys like Jason Taylor.

As much as I didn't like it, he has his right as one of our greats, to criticize this team. And hey his words seemed to inspire us. Thanks Keuch!!

Exactly, someone of status needed to do it. Good job Kuech! Got something for next week? :dolphins:

x2

Kooch did us a favor by motivating us. Everything he said was true, we just didn't want to hear it because it hurts to hear it from one of our own... but it needed to be said.

I look forward to what Kooch will say about us next week. I think he should still doubt us. :)

Seems to me like he is a great motivator!!!

Youngsters know nothing about him!!!

:yeahthat: Thanks Kuech!!!

PHINZ RULE!!!!

I saw part of JT's postgame interview where he said they came out with a chip on their shoulder today referring to most everyone saying they didn't have a chance today. First off, WHY would anyone in their right mind think the Fins would win this game today, playing a 7-0 team on their home field when in seven previous games Miami has looked more like a Div. II college team than an NFL team.

But my real question is why didn't they have a chip on their shoulder just for the mere fact that they were 1-6??? Why didn't they have it the game before when they were 1-5, and on and on. They won today but all they did was move to 2-6 and prove how much this team and organization has been underachieving all year long.

Let's actually get back to and maybe win a playoff game before acting like we've really accomplished something.

These gravy trainers should shut up in general. Just go away with the acception of a once and a while coin toss.

I'd like to thank Kooch, personally. His comments were undoubtedly the spark that lit the fire today. JT- man- just a BEAST out there today. Quite possibly the best game of his career.

Can you honestly say that this team didn't deserve the criticism prior to this game.
Kooch was a warrior. He handled HOF'er Alan Page in the super bowl with a broken arm in a cast. He used the cast quite well, as a matter of fact.
