I don't know if he's a fan or what the reason was, but he wore a white shirt with a big Dolphin logo today while winning the Senior Players Championship.

Does the NFL have a contract with the Senior Tour? I haven't been watching the events this year, other than the Senior Open a few weeks ago.

That's Lanny Wadkins' brother. Bobby just held on to win by one stroke despite a double bogey on the last hole, including two chokes -- tee shot hooked into the hazard then a skulled bunker shot that went onto the far hill in heavy rough.

I would have rooted for him to miss the putt to force a playoff, if not for the Dolphins shirt.

Wadkins wears the Dolphins logo on his golf shirt every day.

"If Wayne (Huizenga, the Dolphins owner) pays I play," said Wadkins, who is a member of Huizenga's course, The Floridian.

Wadkins admits he's a Miami football fan, especially one of Dan Marino, the legendary quarterback who was recently elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
