Boston: Gone this week?

I have a feeling that Boston will be let go some time this week. He is doing absolutely NOTHING for this team.

He has not been given any chances. We threw it to himi in preseason and lo and behold he was doing very good.

I wonder if he's mouthing off behind the scenes too. Seems like he's getting the "treatment".....may be even more to this than him not making big plays in the regular season. I did think he had a solid pre season though.

When 8 people catch passes including a guy I'm not sure I even knew was on the team and you're not one of them, it isn't that you are getting no chances -- it's that you suck.

If somebody needs to be released to put Ricky on the roster, I'm fine with it being Boston.

I agree. I think there is an outside shot that Boston is being a baby and Saban is punishing him for that. Think about it, Boston has supposebly had the right to miss pratices whenever his knee was sore. For the Friday practice he decided to skip. Saban is probably pissed. I know I'm speculating but I can see this. Remember his teamates in San Diego use to say you could tell when he was trying and when he was not. That should never be up dfor discussion IMHO. Daivd Boston needs to **** or get off the pot.

I still say we need to see moe of Gilmore.

He HAS had EVERY opportunity....its called the practice field! Wake up guys, he is not worth anything to this team and he is given tons of opportunities in practice and if you dont perform there....then forget about the game. That should be the end of this thread....PERIOD!

Boston hasn't gotten a chance in the game. Today he was inactive. If Frerotte could have gotten him the ball deep he'd have 3 TDs. He's getting open just not getting the ball.

Boston did not play today due to his knee. Why release a wide reciever for a Rb back? Why not just release and extra back we have.
